Hanoi [Vietnam], February 14: Hari Won took the time to support Tran Thanh's Lunar New Year film, revealing that she had doubts about her husband's casting choices for the project 'Tho Oi'.
On the evening of February 12th, the premiere of director Tran Thanh 's film "Tho Oi" (Oh, Little Rabbit) was held in Ho Chi Minh City. Besides the main cast, the event also featured Vietnamese celebrities such as People's Artist Thanh Thuy, People's Artist Viet Anh, actor Kieu Minh Tuan , actress Kha Nhu, singer Hari Won, actress Sam, and others.
"Thỏ ơi" (Oh , Little Rabbit) is a psychological drama with a unique style, a highlight of this year's Lunar New Year film season, directed by Tran Thanh. Hari Won was also present to offer encouragement to her husband on the day his passion project was launched. On the red carpet, she impressed with a figure-hugging dress, showcasing her alluring physique. In front of the media, the couple didn't hesitate to show their affection for each other. Their blissful marriage is admired by many.
At the event, Hari Won surprised everyone by revealing that she had previously doubted her husband's casting choices. Specifically, she expressed: "I'm a bit more critical than others because I'm Thanh's wife, and I have to speak my mind if I want what's best for my husband. After watching the film, I was completely convinced by the actors' performances, and I want to apologize to my husband."
Meanwhile, Tran Thanh expressed his opinion: "I only choose people who are suitable for the role; I can't give a role to someone who lacks potential or the ability to carry it. I believe that if the actor also believes in it, then the role will be convincing."
Furthermore, Tran Thanh also admitted to feeling pressure regarding box office revenue after many years of making Lunar New Year films: "Of course there's pressure, and films need to be profitable to have money for the next one. When I make a film, I want to win. Firstly, to know I'm doing the right thing. Secondly, to have the budget for the next film. And thirdly, to make the audience believe that I always create a polished product. Earning revenue from a film also stimulates the economy. When the audience is willing to go to the cinema, I have the right to dream bigger dreams. For someone who has achieved success, success is temporary, but failure is also temporary. Falling down is to get back up."
